Each 60-minute session is guided by what you most need in that moment.
Some weeks we dive into intuitive conversation and mindset realignment; other times we weave in Reiki, breathwork, or chakra awareness to shift your energy field and open space for renewal.
This is a safe, supportive space to release old tension, strengthen your intuition, and restore trust in your body’s wisdom.

  • 4 x 60-minute private sessions (in-person or distance via Zoom)

  • Light message support between sessions for check-ins or guidance

  • Personal integration notes or audio reminders (optional)

  • Option to continue month-to-month if it feels aligned

$444 per month or $1,200 for 3 months (for those wanting to go deeper)
