Hi, I’m Kelly Flack.

I’ve been practising Usui Reiki since 2014 and offering Reiki sessions both in person and online, supporting clients across Australia and internationally through distance work and Zoom‑based mentorship.

My approach is grounded, intuitive, and practical. I believe energy work is most effective when the nervous system feels safe, supported, and unpressured.

Whether you’re reconnecting with yourself or deepening your Reiki practice, this work is about steadiness, clarity, and learning to trust what you already carry.
