📜 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all below mentionedReiki Trainings, Workshops, and Events run by Kelly Flack. By booking or attending, you agree to the following:

Bookings & Payments

• A minimum deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking.

• Payment plans are available – you may make regular payments as you go. Full payment must be completed before you can attend the training or workshop. 

• Bookings are confirmed once payment (deposit or full) has been received.
  
  

• A payment schedulewill be emailed to you upon booking.
  
  

Cancellations & Refunds for Workshops and Reiki Training Events.(Does not include retreat events)

• Cancellations made by a participant *8 weeks prior to an event will receive a full refund. (minus $50 processing fee) *This could be different for retreats.
  
  
• Cancellations made by a participant within 6 weeks of the event will receive a 50% refund. Any payments made (minus the $deposit) can be applied as credit toward any of Kelly Flack's other in person events for up to one year from your initial events start date.
  • After this date, any unused funds will be forfeited.
• Cancellations made by a participant within 5 weeks of an event are non-refundable and non-transferable and with no credits applicable. However, participants will be able to access an online version of their chosen event and can make their way through the content at any time. (*Most in person events have corresponding online courses. Some will need a small $2 access fee and some events do not have an online counterpart)
  
  

• If you are sick, please do not attend. Contact Kelly to arrange an alternative option so you do not miss out on course materials.
  
  

Workshop or Training Cancellations by Kelly

• A class may be cancelled due to low numbers, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

• If this happens, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another workshop, training, or energy treatment.

Class Structure & Numbers

• Classes are intimate to ensure personalised attention. Numbers vary depending on the training level or workshop.

• For in-person Reiki trainings at Gowrie Junction, a minimum of 2 people is required (join with a friend or waitlist will apply).

Photography & Media

• Photos or videos may be taken during workshops or trainings for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please advise Kelly at the time of your booking.
  
  

Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for your own transportation, accommodation, parking, and meals.

• By attending, you acknowledge that results vary depending on your personal practice and commitment. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

• You agree not to duplicate or share course materials (manuals, online portals, or resources) with others.

• You release Kelly Flack and associated parties from any claims or damages arising from your participation.
  
  

You acknowledge and agree that you are not guaranteed to achieve any specific personal or professional results. These are events where you take full responsibility for your energy, your mindset and the outcomes they are providing for you now, and in the future. 

You recognise and acknowledge that: (i) duplication or creation of works are prohibited (ii) any corresponding online course access is for participant access only

You will not hold accountable, Kelly Flack (as well as her members, instructors, vendors, other participants, venue workers, service professionals and affiliated entities) from and against any and all claims, expenses, costs, causes of action and damages (including those for personal injury and property loss or  damage) resulting from or arising out of your own actions.
