Hi, I'm Kelly

I began my conscious healing journey on October 6th, 2006. I can give you that exact date because that's when everything - everything started shifting for me!

I was at my rock bottom of depression. My husband and I had two small kids aged 5 and 3, my husband tried to help me but I just kept on pushing him away. I really didn't want to be here anymore and as I sat on the edge of our bed as I had done so many times before, crying, shuddering, angry and sad at life . . .

This poem came through.

The nudge that it gave me has changed the direction of my entire life.

 

"Go look upon a blade of grass. Go find your peace within
Try meditation for your heart. And don't you dare give in

Don't get so angry with your life. Don't try to find some blame
For this will only make life worse. And fill your heart with pain

I'm here and I am watching you, I'll help you with the steps
So far you're doing really well, So don't dare give up yet

I know some days are really hard, Some folk can't help you out
Your thoughts get torn, your mind gets sad, You want to scream and shout

But find that place within your heart, The place I'll ALWAYS be
We've been together from the start, And through all eternity

Love you sweetheart - Mum"

My Mum had passed over 2 years before this poem came through. 

I was being guided by spirit. It was like following breadcrumbs. My intuition heightened, I was lead to learn Reiki, crystal and chakra healing as well as play with the different energies around relationships, money, confidence and mindset. I couldn't believe it! I had created all of the turmoil in my own life. All of the hardships and pain, it was all me and my own energy. As soon as I acknowledged where I was, I then began focusing my energy toward where I wanted to be. 

In 2014 I began building my first business. As a Reiki Master, I have trained hundreds of people in the art of working with Reiki. I have since held workshops, classes and retreats in Queensland and New South Wales, Australia. I have built online programs around mindset, crystals and chakra healing and I have students throughout Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA and Africa.

Working with chakra energy affects every aspect of our physical body and our external realities such as money, relationships, confidence or lack of, and so much more.

This work is my passion. Energy moves so easily when we know how to work it. It's what we are. Energy. Tee that up with guidance from your higher self and your spirit team and you've got a GPS for life!
