These Terms & Conditions apply to all Reiki Practice Retreats, Reiki Levels 1 & 2 Training Retreats, and Reiki Master Training Retreats hosted by Kelly Flack at the Bunya Mountains.
By booking and attending, you agree to the following:
1. Bookings & Payments

A $200 deposit is required to secure your place. This will be taken off your full amount.

This deposit is non-refundable (to cover accommodation commitments and administrative preparation).

If paying with a payment plan:

Deposit is due within 7 days of booking.
-
50% of the total retreat price is required halfway between your booking date and the retreat start date.
-
The full balance is due 14 days before the retreat.
-
Your spot is confirmed only when these payments are made on time.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Participant Cancellations
-
Cancellations 8+ weeks before the retreat → Refund minus $200 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations 6–8 weeks before → 50% refund OR your payments may be transferred to another in-person event within 12 months. (minus the $200 non-refundable deposit)

Cancellations within 6 weeks → Non-refundable and non-transferable due to accommodation and planning commitments. However, you will be able to access any online portals if offered on the website for your specific retreat booking.

If you are unwell before arrival, contact Kelly to arrange alternatives (online training access where applicable).
Retreat Cancellation by Kelly
If the retreat must be cancelled due to illness, low numbers, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or can transfer to another date.
3. Accommodation

Retreats are held in a private house booked specifically for the group.

Rooms may be shared. Beds are allocated based on booking order and rooming preferences.

Double and queen beds are reserved for couples or two friends booking together.

If unsold, these beds may be offered to solo participants for an additional comfort fee.

Roommate assignments are made with care; energy compatibility is prioritised where possible.
4. Event Activities & Physical Requirements
Bunya Mountains retreats could include:

Reiki attunements
-
Reiki 1st & 2nd Degree training and/or practice

Chakra balancing practices
-
Crystal healing
-
Medicine drum, Koshi chimes, and sound-play activities

Giving and receiving Reiki on a massage table
-
Standing Reiki practice (you will be shown safe body alignment)
Some venues may include stairs or uneven terrain.
By booking, you acknowledge these physical elements and agree to move within your personal capacity.
5. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:

Your own transport, meals, and personal needs
-
Ensuring your health, mobility, and wellbeing are suitable for participation

Informing Kelly of any relevant health concerns prior to attending

Using safe body mechanics when giving Reiki
-
Managing your own energy and grounding needs throughout the retreat
No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
6. Photography & Media
Photos or short video clips may be taken for promotional use.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please advise Kelly before the event.
7. Use of Course Materials
All manuals, recordings, and resources are for personal use only.
Duplication, distribution, or sharing with others is not permitted.
8. Energy Effects & Aftercare
Reiki attunements and immersive energy work can create shifts that may continue for days or weeks after the event.
By attending, you accept responsibility for your personal integration process and self-care.
9. Liability
By attending, you agree to take full responsibility for your participation and actions.
You release and hold harmless Kelly Flack, all venues, assistants, contractors, and participants from any claims associated with your attendance, participation, or personal results.
10. Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
The version that applies to you will be the version displayed on the booking page at the time you submit your booking.
