🧠 Why Feeling Your Feelings Is So Important

Avoiding emotions doesn’t make them disappear—it stores them in the body, which can show up as stress, fatigue, anxiety, or even chronic tension. When we allow ourselves to feel, we also allow ourselves to heal.

Stuffed-down emotions like sadness, anger, resentment, or fear will stay in your energetic field until you give them the attention they need to release.

The 1-Minute Emotional Release Practice

Here’s a daily technique that can shift your emotional state in just one minute:

  1. Set a timer for 1 minute.

  2. Feel into what’s present—anger, sadness, frustration, fear—without judgment. Let it rise.

  3. Visualize the emotion moving up through your body and collecting in a "helmet" on top of your head.

  4. Once the minute is up, remove the helmet as you do the physical action as in the video.

  5. Say:

    • "I see you."

    • "I acknowledge you."

    • "I thank you."

    • "And now I let you go."

Each time you do this, a slice of emotional energy leaves your field. Do this daily for a week or two, and you may notice a significant shift in how you feel.
