Hi, I’m Kelly.

My Reiki journey didn’t begin from curiosity — it began from the lowest point of my life.

Years ago, I was drowning in depression.
One night, in the middle of a complete emotional breakdown, a calm voice came through:

“Go and get a pen and paper.”

That message — signed from my mum who had passed two years earlier — cracked open a door that changed everything.

It led me to energy healing.
It led me to Reiki.
And eventually, it led me to teaching thousands of students how to reconnect with their power, intuition, and inner peace.

"With 1st Degree Reiki Training online with Kelly Flack, I liked how comprehensive the training was and that I could do it at my own pace and rewatch anything I needed to. I plan to use it for myself, my clients (I am a holistic nutritionist) and my family/pets. I soon learnt after doing my nutrition training that we must address the whole person (not just the body) to heal and have now incorporated energy work into my practice.
