If you sometimes feel sad for clients or loved ones when you're channelling Reiki to them - STOP IT!
As an attuned Reiki practitioner, we need to stay "out of the way" when it comes to healing. Reiki has an intelligence if its own. It knows where to go and what to do. People don't need our sad or worrisome energy so when you're giving Reiki, stop projecting your feelings and thoughts. Simply enjoy the Reiki as it moves THROUGH you - not from you!
Yes, this can sound a little harsh but let's look at this. EVERYTHING is energetic in vibration. Our thoughts and feelings too!
If you're working on a loved one and you pick up some information from their energy field that makes you feel sad for them, remove your hands, step back and breathe. Get out of your head. Change your perspective to see this loved one now as a client. This makes emotional detachment a little easier. When we're out of the way, we're allowing Reiki to move through us clearly without any blocks of sadness from us.
