Retreat Terms and Conditions
Your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions is required prior to participation in Retreat Events as run by Kelly Flack. By participating in the retreats, you expressly agree to the following terms and conditions:
Retreat Terms and Conditions and Cancellation
Full payment is required to secure your booking. Payment can be made via direct deposit. Places are allocated to students in order of receipt of payment. Retreat fees must be paid in full one month before the actual retreat commencement date. Payment plans are available. See further down this page for more details.
During all retreats I will request permission to take photographs and/or video recordings during our time together for use in my website and social media for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, that’s no problem, please me know at the time.
When booking your spot for a retreat, there is a $150 non-refundable deposit required. **
Some Retreat numbers are kept small to maximise my attention with you while you are learning new processes and techniques. There is a maximum and minimum number of students per retreat. Book early to secure your place. If the minimum number of students is not achieved within 6 weeks of the retreat date, the retreat may be cancelled.
Please see below how refunds are managed in the event of cancellation:
- Cancellations made by a student 8 weeks prior to a booked retreat date will receive a full refund. (minus the deposit)
- Cancellations made by a student within 6 weeks of a booked retreat date will be refunded 50% of the full retreat cost already paid.
- Cancellations made by a student within 4 weeks of a booked retreat date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A retreat may be cancelled by me due to insufficient student numbers or unforeseen circumstances (ie illness). In this event, you will be offered a full refund, including the deposit or an option to reschedule to another retreat date.
If you are unwell with cold, flu or covid symptoms, please do NOT attend the retreat. Contact Kelly to let her know for transfer of funds to another event or online course.
You acknowledge and agree that you are not guaranteed to achieve any specific personal or professional results. These are events where you take full responsibility for your energy, your mindset and the outcomes they are providing for you now, and in the future.
You are responsible for organising and paying for your own transportation, parking, accommodation and meals associated with attending Retreats with KellyFlack.com
You recognise and acknowledge that: (i) duplication or creation of works are prohibited (ii) any corresponding online course access is for participant access only
You will not hold accountable, Kelly Flack (as well as her members, instructors, vendors, other participants, venue workers, service professionals and affiliated entities) from and against any and all claims, expenses, costs, causes of action and damages (including those for personal injury and property loss or damage) resulting from or arising out of your own actions.
Payment plans can be paid in your own time and at your own pace. Kelly will give you her bank account details and when she receives a part payment from you, she'll email back confirmation with the new balance every time.
Please screen shot the transaction deposits that you make and send them to Kelly so she can keep an eye out for your payment. Many people have used this option just to make life a bit easier. Please let Kelly know if this is something that you would like to do and she will send you her bank details.
