How Much Does It Cost?

Pricing includes 3 nights accommodation for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights in the upstairs dormitory plus everything listed below in the itinerary. This does not include food. (See video below about food)

  • A $150 non-refundable deposit will hold your spot.
  • Full cost is $875**.  Payment MUST be cleared within two weeks of retreat commencement.
  • Bring a friend and receive $200 off each! ($675 per person)  
     

Some people choose to make a family and friends weekend of it and they book their whole family or friends into a different chalet (there are over 100 to  to choose from). ** If staying in other accommodations, minus $75 off your price.

During the day the family/friends do their own thing while the retreat person comes to join us for retreat activities. They return to their family in between activities and back to their own chalet for dinner etc Family and friends are invited to join us all for bush walking when that is part of our itinerary. 

Apart from the dormitory share option, any other accommodation and all meals are to be organised by you. They are not included in the retreat pricing.

3 Day Bunya Mountain Retreat Itinerary

 Thursday - Day 1

3.00pm - Check in to Toolburra. This is our accommodation for the next 3 nights. Pricing includes accommodation.
3.30pm - Gather at Toolburra for Introductions
4.00pm - Opening Circle and Journaling (please bring a journal to write in) to affirm Retreat desires
4.20pm - Quick Break
4.30pm - Gentle Movement Session Outside - Easy Tai Chi as sun sets 
5.15pm - Inside for Guided Meditation, Breath Work and Evening Gratitude (Gratitude journals are available to purchase from $10)
6.00pm - Your time for dinner and self - evening wind down - showers ect
               - Open discussion of the day or anything on your mind by the indoor fire

 

Friday - Day 2 

7.00am - Gather outside Toolburra for Silence with Nature (please bring a camp chair to sit in)
7.15am - Morning guided meditation, Breath Work and Present Moment Practise
7.45am - Gentle movement session - Easy Tai Chi

8.30am - Breakfast and self time for a brain dump and priorities (new habit formation)
10.00am - Choose 7 crystals with your energy and then cleanse them
11.00am - Quick Break
11.15am - Aligning with the energy of  your new crystals and using them for healing

 

12.00pm - Your time for Lunch and Self. Take time to integrate what has taken place for you so far.
2.00pm - A fun relaxation hour. Group 1 works together to give Group 2 a sound therapy journey
2.30pm - The groups swap over. Sounds that you can play will be medicine drum, koshi chimes, obsidian rattle, feather, seed pod shaker, rainstick and more

3.00pm - Self time -maybe time in nature with the local wildlife or grab an ice cream at the general store

 

 

4.30pm - Gentle Movement Session Outside - Easy Tai Chi as sun sets 
5.15pm - Get ready for our group dinner at the restaurant. Bring a torch if you think you'll need one as we'll all walk down together. Dinner is an extra cost on the night so please be prepared for this.  Menu is here.
6.00pm - Dinner all together and then back to Toolburra for sleep

 

Saturday - Day 3

7.00am - Gather outside Toolburra for Silence with Nature 
7.15am  - Morning guided meditation, breath work and Present Moment Practise
7.45am - Gentle movement session - Easy Tai Chi
8.30am - Breakfast and self time for a brain dump and priorities (new habit formation)

10.00am - Meet back at the Main House Rock Breathing Meditation
10.30am - Journaling; Re-Writing Your Story 
11.00am - "Get Big" meditation before programming your crystals for your individual needs
12.00pm - Your time for Lunch and Self. Take time to integrate what has taken place for you so far.

2.00pm - Creating Crystal Grids to help manifest your new story
2.30pm - Fully guided chakra balancing for chakra healing (mp3 available online)
3.00pm - Self time - maybe time in nature with the local wildlife 
4.30pm - Gentle Movement Session outside - Easy Tai Chi as sun sets 
5.15pm - Inside for Guided Meditation, Breath Work and Evening Gratitude
6.00pm - Your time for dinner and self - evening wind down - spiritual discussions by the indoor fire

 

Sunday - Check Out Day

7.00am - Gather at the main house for a final complete set of Tai Chi
7.45am - Closing circle of this retreat
8.00am - Clean up. Pack up. Check out by 10am. Have an easy and safe trip home.
