Refuel Body, Mind, Spirit -Bunya Mountains Retreat

Thursday 11th - Sunday 14th March 2021  

This 3 Day Body, Mind, Spirit Retreat is designed to refuel your body with self pampering techniques that you will experience, adopt and be able to take home with you. You will also be taken through extremely gentle Tai Chi exercise that is very slow and flowing to get your physicalness moving purposefully.

Your mind will be calmed in such an easy way with fully guided meditations morning and evening that are a pleasure to follow along with and take on as part of a routine for when you get home if you choose to. You will also incorporate new habits for a positive growth mindset to be able to gain more fun and excitement out of living. 

You will connect with your Spirit Team and release any heaviness from your body and your life as you are fully guided through a full body chakra energy balance for yourself. You will also deepen your connection with Who-You-Really-Are as you have a taste of journaling and gratitude to express yourself from within and gain more understanding of the energy flow associated with thought, feeling, emotion and reality. 

 

3 Day Bunya Mountain Retreat Itinerary

 Thursday - Day 1

2.00pm - Check in to Toolburra. This is our accommodation for the next 3 nights. Pricing includes accommodation.
3.30pm - Gather at Toolburra for Introductions
4.00pm - Opening Circle and Journaling (please bring a journal to write in) to affirm Retreat desires

4.20pm - Quick Break

4.30pm - Gentle Movement Session Outside - Easy Tai Chi as sun sets 
5.15pm - Inside for Guided Meditation, Breath Work and Evening Gratitude (Gratitude journals are available to purchase from $10)

6.00pm - Your time for dinner and self - evening wind down - showers ect
               - Open discussion of the day or anything on your mind by the indoor fire

Friday - Day 2 

7.00am - Gather outside Toolburra for Silence with Nature (please bring a yoga mat or towel to lie on)
7.15am - Morning guided meditation, Breath Work and Present Moment Practise
7.45am - Gentle movement session - Easy Tai Chi

8.30am - Breakfast and self time for a brain dump and priorities (new habit formation)

10.00am - Meet back at the Main House for a fully guided "Stepping Back Process" followed by a Timeline Therapy Group Session to allow for the release of an old limiting belief pattern from your mind and body

11.00am - Quick Break

11.15am - Guided Self Acupressure Hand Massage followed by an energy activation process for your hand chakras and meridians
11.45am - Grounding with a release of mental / emotional worries and stress (Fire ritual)

12.00pm - Your time for Lunch and Self. Take time to integrate what has taken place for you so far.

2.00pm - Meet back at Main House with water bottle and walking shoes 
2.15pm - Strangler Fig 4km Circuit Bush Walk and Present Moment Meditation Practise in the bush

3.30pm - Take some time for yourself or with your new friends to take a look at the general store and old classroom, feed the wildlife  for a while or rest and cool down back at the main house 

4.30pm - Gentle Movement Session Outside - Easy Tai Chi as sun sets 
5.15pm - Inside for Guided Meditation, Breath Work and Evening Gratitude

6.00pm - Your time for dinner and self - evening wind down - spiritual discussions by the indoor fire 

Saturday - Day 3

7.00am - Gather outside Toolburra for Silence with Nature 
7.15am  - Morning guided meditation, breath work and Present Moment Practise
7.45am - Gentle movement session - Easy Tai Chi

8.30am - Breakfast and self time for a brain dump and priorities (new habit formation)

10.00am - Meet back at the Main House for Anti- Ageing Facelift Self Care Techniques 
10.30am - Journaling; Re-Writing Your Story and quiet time mantra affirmations (with beads) 
11.30am - Sharing in small groups of 2 or 3, what your next steps will be when you return home (Get ideas from others too)

12.00pm Your time for Lunch and Self. Take time to integrate what has taken place for you so far.

2.00pm - Connecting with Source and expanding your energy field (Video access of this process for when you return home)
2.30pm - Fully guided chakra balancing for chakra healing (mp3 available online)

3.00pm - Self time - maybe time in nature with the local wildlife 

4.30pm - Gentle Movement Session outside - Easy Tai Chi as sun sets 
5.15pm - Inside for Guided Meditation, Breath Work and Evening Gratitude

6.00pm - Your time for dinner and self - evening wind down - spiritual discussions by the indoor fire

Sunday - Check Out Day

7.00am - Gather at the main house for a final complete set of Tai Chi

7.45am - Closing circle of this retreat

8.00am - Clean up. Pack up. Check out by 10am. Have an easy and safe trip home.

How Much Does It Cost?

General Cost is $490 and includes 3 nights accommodation in the upstairs dormitory plus everything listed above. This does not include food. 
Total payment must be completed in full by 11th February 2021. Four weeks prior to the retreat commencement date.

Early Bird Cost is $390 FOR THE FIRST FOUR PEOPLE ONLY (3 early bird spots remain)when paid in full by 11th December 2020. Three months prior to the retreat commencement date.

Dormitory Share Accommodation is available upstairs at the Retreat Main House. This is available for Thursday night, Friday night and Saturday night. Cost is included.Retreat participants only.

Apart from the dormitory share option, any other accommodation and all meals are to be organised by you. They are not included in the retreat pricing. There are over 100 chalets and homes to choose from if you do not want the dormitory option. You can view them here. Other chalets are great if you're planning on coming along with family and friends.
