Rescheduling and Refunds
Your appointment is to be paid for either online before your appointment or in cash on the day. Please check your text and email for confirmation of booking.
If you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancelling or rescheduling can be done by contacting Kelly on 0438 735 303
If you are unwell with cold, flu or covid symptoms, please do NOT attend your session. Contact Kelly to let her know.
Please be respectful of time. A 60 minute session goes for 60 minutes. A 90 minute session goes for 90 minutes. If you feel you'll need longer, please let me know.
