Calling Your Spirit Team

You're a spiritual being playing in a human experience . . . but what does that mean exactly?

We look in the mirror and we see a physical form. But when we can shut up that mind chatter, we can get to realise that we are so much more than just a body. First and foremost, we are spirit, so of course, being able to connect with what we ARE is a piece of cake ;)

Your Spirit Team consists of angels, archangels, guides and also people and pets that could have passed over. That's right! You have the ability to connect with loved ones because they are still very much spirit and of course, vibrational energy - just as you are. The only difference is, you are still working through physical form. 

I will share a few techniques to connect with passed over loved ones as you continue going through this journey with me.  

Your Spirit Team are the ones that help to relay messages to us in the way of a feeling, a thought, a whisper. Keep an open mind and "listen" for the information that they are so often eager to provide. We just have to shut up [our racing minds] and get out of our own way. 

Here's a one page download that you can use to call your guides to you. Download it, print it out, hang  it on the wall and practice this every day to build up your relationship with your Spirit Team. Have fun with it. I have added the words below as well. 

Below is an example of calling your guides to you for help with energy work. Calm your mind first.

You can take a moment alone and speak the words out aloud or you can say the words in your mind. Close your eyes if you feel comfortable to do so.

Choose any words you might resonate with and add in your own lines. Over time, you will come up with your own β€œCalling” that will suit you best  😊 If you are a Reiki practitioner, change the words β€œenergy healing” to β€œReiki energy” instead.

 

The Calling :

 "I call the Light of Universal Love and Healing to me.
I call Archangel Michael to me for Protection.
I call my highest vibrational guides to me.
Please help to move healing energy (or Reiki energy if attuned )  through me,
not from me, into name, name, name (say their/your name 3 times)
for their/my Highest will and good”
