The next time you have a shower, realise that you have what is called a Crown chakra energy centre right on the crown of your head. Turn the shower on and allow the water to flow over the crown area, once again, calling your guides to you. Just imagining all of that water as it's washing over your body is washing away the day, washing away any pains, any aches, any sadness. The shower is also a great place to have a cry.
So all of this water is going down your body, down to the drain and out to Mother Earth and she knows what to do with it. It's a pure cleansing process, not just physically with the soap and the water but spiritually and emotionally as well. Try that the next time you have a shower.
