60 Second Self Healing Tip
Take a deep breath in with me . . .
. . . and exhale . . . just calming the energy that you are.
Be aware of the chair that you're sitting in.
Be aware of your feet, on the floor.
Your arms, just relaxing by your side.
Listen to any sounds around you, anything you can hear from outside, or from the next room or beside you.
Any smells. Any feelings.
This is being in your present moment, so take as many times as you can to get to your present moment. It's a beautiful place to be.
