My Spirit Team that I work with, usually guides me to do certain aspects of clearing and grounding between clients . . . but this time, they called for me to use hematite. Hematite always sat in the crystal team box, ready to be used whenever called for . . . and during this last expo, it certainly got a big work out!
First I was guided to use it for myself. I was "told" to simply hold it in my hand between clients just to re-ground myself after each healing. Another time I felt very drained (you can often pick up so many things from doing energy healing) and I was guided to hold the stone and visualise its energy coming in through my heart chakra and surrounding me in a cocoon like manner as it healed all parts of my auric field. Wowzers! That was a buzz and a half.
Hematite balances physical energy to become grounded and secure in your survival, motivation and practicality and promotes a sense of reality. I was back!
After a while, I was then guided to use it for some of the people on my table. It was placed at different positions depending on what the person needed. Sometimes it was placed at the top of the head, sometimes at the feet, over a chakra or held in the hand. What an amazing little stone with a massive abundance of healing properties.
I couldn't believe the comments I was getting from people. They could certainly feel a big difference.
Put simply, Hematite has the power to bring you back down to earth, it calms a troubled mind by giving you the clarity and focus you need, to be the boss at whatever it is you do.
Hematite will heighten self-confidence, will power and self-esteem, and is known for its action to provide pain relief.
Hematite absorbs any toxic emotions that could be holding you back from the natural state of joy that we ALL have access to (when we get out of our own way), as it clears away negative feelings from stress, anxiety and worry.
Place where needed to heal leg cramps, anxiety and insomnia. Do not use for prolonged periods of time or on inflamed areas. It is said to be effective in healing pain because it maintains the charge of nerve cells. Pretty cool hey!
A great little stone to clear the auric field, balance chakras and basically, pull you back into alignment to get on track and get things done!
