Hey guys, today I ask the question . . .
Have your sleep patterns changed?
And I wanted to make this video today because last night, I had the best sleep that I have had in a long time and it was amazing.
But good sleeps for me over the last few years have been far and few between. I often find myself waking up around 2 or 3 in the morning and just can't seem to get back to sleep. There's nothing in particular that's racing through my mind.
It's just that I'm awake, my body's awake and I lie there thinking to myself "sleep, sleep, go to sleep, go to sleep"
I just can't so I get up. Get up, read a book, have a cuppa, do some writing. Sit outside, look at the stars, whatever the case may be, whatever the seasons might be.
Sometimes even going to sleep, I find myself trying to GET to sleep. I think it was last month (September 2018) where I had about 3 days in a row where I got about 2 hours sleep but then you get back into the pattern of waking up at 3 or going to bed at midnight. It's just all out of whack.
But last night - oh my god - best sleep everrrrr! (for this year anyway) haha!
How have your sleep patterns been?
Are you going through the same thing just with all the new "rearranging" that's going on energy wise . . . not just on the planet but within ourselves as well.
Absolutely fascinating times to be living in. I mean you gotta laugh. You've gotta laugh or you cry.
Roll with it. Find the curiousness in everything that's going in. We are history in the making.
It's just great times to be here.
